Voit lähettää palautetta, halutessasi nimettömänä tai omalla nimelläsi, suoraan Sosiaalitieteiden Klubin hallitukselle tällä lomakkeella. Voit myös lähettää sähköpostia hallitukselle osoitteeseen sosiaalitieteidenklubi[a]utu.fi. Hallitus käsittelee vain asiallisia palautteita. Emme käsittele palautetta, joka kohdistuu yksittäisten henkilöiden tai henkilön ominaisuuksiin, vaan palautteen tulee kohdistua toimintaan. Hallituksen on myös helpompi reagoida nimen kanssa laitettuun palautteeseen, erityisesti jos kyseessä on aihe, johon toivotaan vastausta. Hallituksella on myös vaitiolovelvollisuus, palautteen antajan yksityisyyden suojaamiseksi. Häirintätilanteissa, otathan meihin yhteyttä häirintälomakkeen kautta tai olethan suoraan yhteydessä häirintäyhdyshenkilöihin.

With this form you can send feedback, also anonymously, directly to the Board of the Social Sciences Club. You can also send an email to the Board at sosiaalitieteidenklubi[a]utu.fi. The board will only consider feedback that is appropriate. The board won’t consider feedback that is targeted at individual person(s) qualities, but the feedback should be targeted at action instead. For the board it is easier to react to feedback that is not anonymous and left with the name of the person who has sent the feedback especially in cases where the giver of the feedback wants a response. The board is also under obligation of secrecy to ensure the privacy of the person giving feedback. In harassment cases, please contact the board via the harassment form or by directly contacting the harassment contact persons.
