Arvoisa Sosiaalitieteiden klubi ry:n jäsen,
Tervetuloa sääntömääräiseen kevätkokoukseen tiistaina 28.3.2023 klo 18 alkaen. Kokous järjestetään Mauno Koivisto -salissa (Pub1).
Kevätkokouksessa käsitellään sääntömääräiset asiat.
Kokoukseen ei ole mahdollista osallistua etänä. Valtakirjalla on mahdollista äänestää vain paikan päällä. Myös valtakirjalla valtuuttavan tulee olla Sosiaalitieteiden klubin jäsen ja myös valtakirjat tarkistetaan paikalle saapuessa.

Dear member of Sosiaalitieteiden klubi ry,
Welcome to the regular spring meeting on Tuesday, March 28th 2022, starting at 6 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Mauno Koivisto hall (Pub1).
The meeting will be held in Finnish.
At the spring meeting, statutory matters will be discussed.
It is not possible to participate in the meeting remotely. It is possible to vote with a proxy only on the spot. The person authorizing with a proxy must also be a member of Sosiaalitieteiden klubi, and the proxies will also be checked upon arrival.
