Sosiaalitieteiden Klubi ry:n ainejärjestöhuone – tuttavallisemmin klubihuone – sijaitsee Publicumin 4. kerroksessa Educariumille johtavan käytävän vieressä. Alta löydät klubihuonetta käyttävien yhteiset säännöt sekä kuvia huoneelta. Huoneen oven saa auki yliopiston kulkulätkällä, kun sinut on lisätty klubin jäseneksi.
The Social Sciences Club’s association room – more familiarly, the club room – is located on the 4th floor of Publicum, next to the corridor leading to Educarium. Below you will find the rules for those using the club room and pictures from the clubroom. The door of the room can be opened with the university’s electric tag, when you have been added as a member of the club.
Huoneemme on ensisijaisesti jäsenistön matalan kynnyksen hengailu- ja virkistäytymistila, mutta kavereita saa myös tuoda. Tarjouduthan luovuttamaan sohvapaikkasi ovesta sisään astuville, etenkin jos huomaat oman opiskelutaukosi venähtäneen jo melkoisen pitkäksi.
Klubihuoneella noudatetaan Indexin turvallisemman tilan periaatteita, Sosklubin yhdenvertaisuussuunnitelmaa ja pidetään muksu tuntsu*; tervehditään, tarkistetaan kolottaako muidenkin kahvihammas ja siivotaan omat jäljet.
Huoneemme vieressä Educariumin ja Publicumin välisellä yhdyskäytävällä on erityistenttitila ja työhuoneita. Pidetään melutaso maltillisena erityisesti käytävällä kulkiessa sekä huonetta tuulettaessa.
Roskiksia tyhjentää kaikki. Isot roskikset löytyvät Publicumin takapihalta, lisäksi neljännessä kerroksessa on pienemmät lajitteluroskikset.
Kahvia tai teetä kuluttavien on suotavaa osallistua kustannuksiin, yksi kuppi kahvia maksaa klubille noin 20 senttiä. Kahvista maksetaan omantunnon mukaan Mobile Paylla tai käteisellä kahvikassaan. QR-koodi löytyy kahvinkeittimen vierestä. Etenkin vierailevat tähdet, vink vink 😉
Pahvimukien käytön sijaan kannustamme tuomaan oman mukin. Nimeäthän mukisi. Kahvinkeitto- ja tiskaustarvikkeet löytyvät jääkaapin päältä. Uuden kauramaidon avatessasi merkitse päivämäärä tölkkiin.

Huomaathan, että klo 23 jälkeen huoneeseen ei pääse enää edes kulkulätkällä. Otathan tavarasi mukaan ennen sitä.

Our club room is primarily a low-threshold hangout and refreshment space for members, but you can also bring your friends. Please offer to give up your sofa seat to those who walk in the door, especially if you notice that your own study break has already stretched quite long.
The club room follows Index’s principles of a safer space, Sosklubi’s equality plan, and all users are responsible for maintaining a comfortable atmosphere; let’s say hello, check to see if other people want a cup of coffee, and clean up our own tracks.
There’s a special Exam room and work spaces next to our room, in the gateway between Educarium and Publicum. Keep the noise level moderate, especially when walking in the corridor and ventilating the room.
Trash is to be emptied by everyone. Large trash can be found in Publicum’s backyard, in addition, there is smaller sorting trash on the fourth floor.
Those who consume coffee or tea should contribute to the costs, one cup of coffee costs the club about 20 cents. Coffee can be paid according to conscience with Mobile Pay or cash in the coffee register. The QR code for Mobile Pay can be found next to the coffee maker. Especially the guest stars, hint hint 😉
Instead of using cardboard mugs, we encourage you to bring your own mug. Name your mug. Coffee-making and washing-up supplies can be found on top of the fridge. When you open a new oat milk, mark the date on the can.
If you need something (e.g. more coffee or milk) pull the sleeve of a Board member!
Please note that after 23:00 you can’t get into the room even with your electronic tag. Please take your things with you before then.
